Why is a website different to a brochure?
Well the silly answer is:- "Because it's a website." But let us explain a crucial difference.
A brochure should be colourful, eye-catching, informative and well designed (as are our websites), and if the subject matter interests you, then you will open it and take a peek inside.

A website is almost the opposite. A website is there to answer questions. You hope that their question will be:- "Where can I buy your goods or services?"

They will find your website on a search engine (typically Google) by typing in a phrase. The search engine will then present them with a list of results - and they will click on one of the links (hopefully yours).

Once on your website, they will LOOK AT THE TEXT FIRST to see if they are on a website that answers their question. That question may be:- "Where can I buy your goods/services?" Let's hope it is!

So the difference between a brochure and a website is that a brochure is only any good if people are interested in its contents.
With regards to a website, they wouldn't have arrived there in the first place if they WEREN'T interested.
Therefore, people are interested in the TEXT FIRST and the pretty pictures afterwards (almost the opposite)!

Allow us to turn your website into something that answers the biggest question of all:-
"How can I get more visitors to my website?" Give us a call.
